Actually I think it's a bad idea to redistribute BGP into internal routing
protocol. :-)
BUT in a lab environment, I think the "no sync" command would do fine.. I
believe that the doc say that "no sync" is meant for internal protocol to
BGP, but my testing suggest that it goes both way...
