yes, here are a few suggestions -
(a) Check for physical logic - know that U is 2 wire S/T is 4 wire.
Where is the conversion taking place ... etc.
(b) use the ISDN tester to see if you are even getting a signal
(c) Check if the SPIDs are defined on the slicks. Do test on the slick.
(d) Get the telco to show it is working. They have a test meter. I think
you need a signal strength of 66 (I am not sure what units).
