i read cisco doc about cat5k.
Configuring the Maximum Aging Time
Use the set spantree maxage command to manually change
the spanning tree maximum aging time for a VLAN. The
possible range of the agingtime value is 6 to 40
seconds. If you do not specify the vlan value, VLAN 1
is assumed.

Note Exercise care when using this command. For
most situations, we recommend that you use the set
spantree root and set spantree root secondary commands
to modify the maximum aging time and related
parameters.
I haven't cat5k in my home lab. i want to know what
relation between hello time and maxage time.
