Are you including these loopbacks in an OSPF area (33) Task 3 step 12?. Do
you have them configured in BGP? If so, and you are using loopbacks as
neighbors between AS1 and AS2, are you using ebgp multihop? If advertising
into BGP on R3, the R4 should be learning via EBGP.
If not then AS3 would need to be transit area for R4 to learn those routes.
