That's good advice, I also see people sitting at screens for hours with the
refresh set at 60Hz, you can tell just by looking at it.

I agree that laptop screens are a lot better (even though they run @ 60Hz :-)
I sit at mine for hours and tell my self to study instead of browsing the
web. Can't do that on a CRT without getting eye strain.

The best thing ever though is a projector, the letters are big, there is no
flicker as they also use LCD. I have one at home but it's movies only as the
bulbs cost so much !
