I am trying to solve one of the WSU labs, the topic is frame-relay traffic-shap
ping
CIR:800 packets
hold queuse: 80 packets
transmission rate : 60

I am slightly getting confussed with the term packet, how do i convert packets
in bits/sec . Any other feed back would be highly appreciated.
