Or you can use the ATM OC3 MM interface and cross over the fiber for the
same effect. Just add clock to one side.

If you have the NM-4T1-IMA cards for the 2600/3600, then you can do back to
back atm without an atm switch, with a t1 crossover cable. The same can be
accomplished with the mc3810-v (v3) router that has a t1 port. With atm
software installed you can turn the t1 controller into a logical atm0
interface
with this command.
