If any of you are on AOL Instant Messenger, I would love the opportunity to
live chat about some of the issues we're commonly running into ... I
apologize in advance if this is a break in etiquette, and will take my
chastisement accordingly ... otherwise, my AIM handle is "Mottco 1" (space
included) ... our engineers use it quite a bit, as we are typically
scattered to the four winds every week, and it is an easy way to set up a
quick conference to hash problems out ... I could envision in this scenario
that, rather than slowly (in 'net time of course) e-mailing questions and
answers back and forth, a problem could be asked in the GroupStudy CCIE
group, a few folks could hash it out live, and the resolution posted by the
querier back to the group for all to see ... of course, it could be that I
am a bit anxious, since I test in 3 days, and still have lots of as-yet
unanswered questions!!
again, I apologize if this is not seemly ... my pals and I use it quite
effectively, and it could add something to everyone's knowledge base and
feasibly speed up the learning curve on more esoteric subjects that are
likely to pop up
Still hitting the books and hardware ... 3 days and counting!
