RES: no peer default ip address

I used this command on an AS5300 when used Radius Authentication , using a
Cisco Secure delivering IP address for dial-in users.

This prevents the hub from attempting to assign an IP address to the
incoming call. Presumably, the far end already has an IP address
defined which will be used.

Can you post the rest of the dialer or group-async config that this was
pulled from?
