Yes, you need to start using reverse telnet. You have sessions
open to all consoles at the same time and you can only see one
of them at any time. (See www.r1r2.com for some explanation
of this.) You will nee to have the terminal server config
down cold to do this, "ip host" command for each console, etc.

The drawback is that if you are looking at one console and
other ones send things to their consoles (like debug statements)
you miss all that information. But, that is how it is in the
CCIE lab test.
