VOFr solution

I am currently working on a VOFr solution. I need a router that can =
support the following:

20 Microsoft Windows hosts
20 VOFr calls
20 Off-Net calls
Ethernet LAN traffic
Frame Relay WAN traffic
Video

Any suggestions on which router to deploy? I would appreciate any =
information that you can give me. Thanks
