Chuck,
You should use a USR Sportster or a Zoom modem if you have a choice. Lots of
documentation on CCO using them. Also you could do aux-to-aux dialup (poor
man's DDR ;) without a modem if you wanted to.

Subject: Any external modems for sale???

All,

I'm looking for a standard external modem, preferably something that's
covered in the modemcap database for a 2500 router. I need 1 more to do
dial backup labs. Speed doesn't really matter. Anything laying on the junk
pile?

TIA,
