Cisco doesn't support Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol (VRRP) yet,
although it is coming mid-year. You will need to wait until VRRP is
supported on both Products in order to have a standards based solution for
interoperability. Extremes proprietary support for ESRP, will have to wait
until they add support for VRRP.
