about FR traffic shape and GTS

hi,all

        if the serial bandwith is 64kbps, and the bandwidth subscibed with the
customer is 24kbps, assume the transit interval is 1/8 seconds.is the following
 config of fr traffic shape and GTS right?

     map-class fr TR
        fr cir 64000
        fr bc 8000
        fr mincir 24000

OR:

     int s0
        traffic-shape rate 64000 8000
        traffic-shape adaptive rate 24000

how to monitor the traffic shape.
any suggestion would be appreciated!
