Well it looks like IOS 12.0.14 (c2500-ins-l.120-14.bin) is flaky on a 2510
or at least my 2510.

Thanks for the reply.

Man that's weird...I'd do a "clear ip ospf process" on both routers
configured with virtual links....also use your debugs. Virtual links can be
flaky at times.....Post your findings!

Subject: Weird ospf virtual link problem with Cisco 2510

Hello,

Has anyone ever had any problems with a OSPF virtual link on a Cisco 2510.
When I was running IOS 12.0.14 the virtual link would come up and exchange
routes across area 0 but I would not see any routes in area 0 (area 0 routes
marked with o)! I would exchange routes across area 0 fine (I would get
other areas in my routing tables marked with IA). I swapped out the router
and put in a 2503 with the same IOS and it works fine. There is nothing
wrong with my config. So today I upgrade the flash and put IOS 12.0.8
enterprise plus ipsec 56 and tried the virtual link again and now it does
not even form the Adjacency (stuck in the int state). Has anyone seen
anything like this before?

Thanks
