All,
When I was shopping around recently there weren't many employers willing to
go above $130K base salary. It was the bonus structure that got
interesting. Bonuses can run anywhere from $10K to $50K and up. I did not
receive any offers that were less than $115K per year and I had offers in
different parts of the country.
