Money is important, but you have to ask what will a company expect from me
for that salary.
Are you willing to work 70 hour weeks?
Are you willing to be on call 24X7?
Are you willing to travel 70% of the time?
Will the company require suits and ties?
Will the company pay for ongoing education?
Will you be doing field implementation or drawing out designs in an out of
the way cube in the basement of a building in Bismark? I know this is
extreme, but understanding what a company expects from you will help you
make a better decision which will directly affect your level of satisfaction
at whatever position you accept.

Depends on the region.
Since you're relatively fresh CCIE your median should be
around 85-110K/year (yes - depends on the region).
