I'm not sure about all of the lab locations but in RTP you only do the
troubleshooting until you get enough points to pass. Sometimes you don't
even have to do troubleshooting if you've basically made it there without
losing many points, they just ask you some questions to see if you would
get the 5 or 10 points you needed.
