IPX questions on Bootcamp lab 8

Hello,

I am trying to get IPX working in lab 8 and I do not get the following
routes :
Q1) Why is network 810, which is the secondary network, not being
advertised
Q2) R7 is not seeing any routes from R5.
            My configuration is as follows:
        On R5's S1 I have added network 700, Router R1 is bridging
serial and E0 and R7 is running network 700 on e0.
    In the solution from Bootcamp they have configured IRB on R5. I
don't understand the logic behind it.

Could someone explain?
