Kevin,
Both IGRP and EIGRP use the command IP DEFAULT-NETWORK to advertise a default
route to their respective AS. Take a look at the TCP/IP book by Jeff Doyle. My
experience with this type of command is that you need the include the network
number you want to advertise under the AS process. Otherwise, downstreams
routers will not see the default route advertised. Also, RIP may use the IP
DEFAULT-NETWORK command too. My 2 cents.
