Last minute,

When you use an ip route points to a null interface (or any interface eth,
serial ...) the route is considered by the router to be directly connected. And
because of your network 171.68.0.0 under igrp process it is possible that IGRP
will redistribute the route. So you will not need to use a redisditribute stati
c
... command to see this route on your IGRP domain.
Try this and let me know!
