Before advertising a network BGP will verify if this network is on the routing
table. So you have to put an ip route ... null 0 and announce it with the
command network (This is the best way to announce your supernet).
If you use the redistrib static method it will work anyway but your network
will be advertised with an origin INCOMPLETE with the network command it will
be announced with an origin IGP.
