Yes ok but thats DHCP and its the 12.0 t track now again thats not 12.1. I woul
d check with the 12.0 t track and see what version of mobile IP is on that vers
ion of t code. Just because it can use DHCP does not mean it can support the ne
w mobile IP code.
I know 12.0 xxT supports the quick and easy mobile IP and thats the easier to l
earn I would check it out first you may save yourself some time.
But again its just a suggestion.

Some routers are running IOS 12.0.xT which has 12.1 features. One example is
DHCP which is available only in 12.1, but if your IOS version 12.0 has a T,
you can do DHCP too.
I would assume mobile IP is also possible.

Thats the mobile IP associated with 12.1 and you will not get 12.1 on the
lab.

The 12.0 mobile IP is easy. I pulled these of the top of my head without the
? so the syntax may need checking but here goes.
Under the interface your mobile users are connected and will connect too you
put "ip mobile arp"
and under your routing prorocol you put "redistribute mobile <metrics>"

You can also use an access list to only allow certain address or subners to
do the mobile IP thing.

Currently in the lab you will not get 12.1 as an IOS read the blue print on
Cisco's web page and save yourself some time.

Hope this helps
