I believe you can use broadcast as long as you set the ip ospf prio to 0 on

You should not need route maps !
on the serial interface use the
IP ospf network xxxxxxx
command to let OPSP know the type of network ie point-to-point, you should
not use broadcast over FRAME because DR's are elected and if a leg of the
frame breaks new DR's are created on both sides of the break. These DR's
will remain when the frame cloud is repaired so you get two DR's in the same
broadcast domain !

Try to create the frame-relay map(entry) on R5 serial 0.
Make sure the remote router also have the frame-relay map.
R5 ,serail 1 connected to where? You has any route from the remote router of
seail 1?
If you have ,I think you should see some route from serail1.
