I would upgrade the code on the 2600 to the same rev as the 3640. Weird stuff s
ometimes happens when you use routers with code that vastly different. I would
recommend that you go to the latest 12.1 code and see if that helps. You'll wan
t 12.1(5)T if you want to be able to practice with all the latest and greatest
types of QoS.
