Kevin,
You need to summarize all the OSPF routes to match the
subnet on The interface the IGRP updates are going out
on R5. Use area range(s) on other ABR routers,
summary-addresses on ASBRs, ip opsf p-to-p for
loopbacks & watch the red of other routing protocols
into OSPF on other routers. Tricky but can be done.
Also use update you ACL for for filters to prevent
relearning from IGRP.
