Philip,
The trick here is to use the bandwidth command on the interface.
Try several different settings and watch what happens to your OSPF
interface costs.
I believe the point of having you understand non OSPF parameters
effecting OSPF parameters is critical.

Subject: CCbootcamp lab 2

Good morning all,.........

Can someone explain this to me?
In task 3, step 12........ "Configure R6 so that its S1 interface speed is
correctly reflected in the OSPF metrics without using the "ip ospf cost"
command."......
What does this mean? .......... where would I see these parameters?

And also.... Step 15 ,........ "Configure R7 using the ip ospf command such
that the speed of the link of interface S4 is correctly reflected in the
OSPF metrics...
What does this mean? .......... where would I see these parameters?

Thanks in advance!!!!!
