That's a good question. When everything people say on the list starts making
sense, that's when you know you are ready. I used to be pretty active on the
list and ended up burning myself out. I felt like "Grandpa Cisco" answering
all the questions for everyone. But, I must say, the list was invaluable for
learning in the beginning, and then for keeping it all fresh after I knew
more.
Also, when I could read through practice tests, understand every question,
then do all the configs in my head, then I knew I was ready.
