If you realy want the route to be advertised. You can add a static summary rout
e like,
ip route x.x.x.0 255.255.255.0 null0
and redistribute it into IGRP.
Or if you do not like static routes (kidding), another not so good method is to
add a EIGRP process and do a summarization.
