It does not matter. Either the end router or the frame switch
can supply clocking. The command you are thinking about is frame
relay interface type DCE (which I do not see in the configs) only
means that this is the device which initiates frame relay switching.
It looks like but actually is not related to the question of DCE
providing clock.
