CIR = Bc/Tc
CIR = 1500000 bits/sec
Tc = 0.075 sec
Bc= Tc*CIR = 1500000*0.075 = 112500
traffic-shape rate 1500000 112500 112500
under TR should be sufficient
Other non-engg method is to try some values for be and be and look for sh
traffic-shape output and tune the values by iteration
