Hi, Allyn,

   IP prefix-list xx.xx.00.00/y will only let the route exactly match to pass
through. For example,
   IP prefix-list 132.10.0.0/16, only 132.10.0.0/16 will be permited and routes
 like 132.10.1.0/24 will be denied.
