Dave: You are assuming that the TrCRF's are set for SRB. If so then
you also need the multiring <protocol|all> command under the token ring
interfaces to generate the RIF.
If the TrCRF's are set for SRT the RII doesn't get set as there
is no RIF generated. Frames will get sent to the TrBRF and connectivity
established per SRT rules.
