There should be no issues of next-hop or sync in EBGP
connections as they are only related to IBGP sessions
within the AS. For EBGP sessions next-hop will always
reflect the IP address of the router advertising the
route whereas for IBGP next-hop will go unchanged
within the AS. Pls post your configs. Since all your
connections are EBGP, you should have all your BGP
advertised routes on all three routers (if you are not
using any filters). Also try clearing BGP sessions on
AS3 router.
