Changing mac addresses

Playing with some IPX labs and using the 'mac-add' command to customize =
my interface mac addresses. I would like to be able to change just one =
mac address and have all other interfaces on the router use that one for =
the IPX node number. Can I do this or must I use the mac-add command =
and change each interfaces ID? If this cannot be done using one =
interface, can I use the same mac-address on every interface and still =
have it work fine, or must I use unique addresses on each interface? I =
have tried using the same address on a number of interfaces on one =
router and the IOS has no problem letting me do this. However, I cannot =
ipx ping the interfaces as I was able to prior to changing the mac =
addresses. This may be because it will take a little more time to =
propogate the routes across the networks...

Thoughts please...=20
