Thanks for the IPX tip! For the millions and millions of people who are still
interested in Appletalk (at least until February).....

Connecting to the Appletalk neighbor can be accomplished using the discovery
mode.

Place the interface into discovery mode by assigning it the cable range 0-0.
appletalk cable-range 0-0

The discovery interface is assigned the proper network, zone, and node number.
