a new CCIE, Chris Prosaic I work with swears by the ECP-1 course. If his
passing th eLab on the first try is any indication I think we should all
take the course.

I found ECP-1 to be a great preparation tool for my lab. It was also a
great motivator as I was stsrting to get burned out, but being in an intense
course with other people taking the lab was a tremendous help. I would
highly recommend taking the course. There are lots of comments about this
course in the archive and you may want to look there.
