Aset lab simulates the ccie lab. I would highly recommend it especially if
you are allowed to attend the ASET. The lab I did composed of Frame-relay,
ospf, bgp, etc.. The best benefit is that the proctor there will tell you
what you did wrong. If you cannot complete the ASET lab in 2 days, you are
probably not ready for the actual lab...
