YES. And I also tried clear ip ospf process, and
removed OSPF & readded, & remove IGRP & readded.

Assume all routes are from the OSPF cloud except the
one network connected to IGRP.

igrp trans' show?
YES. This is how I know the routes are not being
redistributed into IGRP.
> Make sure 'ip classless' is configured.
YES. I always use this. Unless not needed or told not
to.
Another piece of info - It is a 7120 running 120-7.js
code.
Anything else. I know this is weird. Hmmmm.
