SR/TLB question

When trying to add the source transparent command onto a pair of routers I
get the following............

R4(config)#source transparent 400 50 10 1
%The source-route transparent command cannot be configured until all
interfaces in the specified ring-group have an ethernet-transit-oui
specified.

Any ideas what it means and how to fix it?
