I don't think you can configure a frag. size per DLCI. But I may be wrong.
If it were my network and I was really concerned with voice jitter and you
need any to any connectivity between spokes, I would sent the frag size to
the lowest port speed in your frame network. This will cause a little more
overhead on the faster links, but serialization delay would be less causing
less jitter, hopefully. Setting your voice traffic to ip precendence 5
and turning on Weighted fair queueing on the hub and the spokes would help
too.
