Yes, free to you, but everything is done through the Cisco SE.
Or at least that's the way it works in my part of the world.
I just e-mail or telephone ( to which my guy says to send and e-mail ) and
tell him which labs I want. He contacts mentor and then sends me the vCard
code.

Subject: Vlabs
quite somewhile back i got a url for a web site in my email from one of the
groupstudy mailing lists for VLABs maintained by Cisco SEs. These labs were
available to Cisco Channel Partner employees who have cleared their CCIE
written exam and the good thing about them is that they are free of charge.
I have somehow lost that URL so if anyone of you guys has it please email it
to me as i need it bad.
Thanks
