This is the explorer sap for SNA, data packet will be 0x404 (command) and
0x0405 (Response)

Can somebody help me confirm that explorer sap is 0x0004.
and data packet is 0x0404.

If not can someone give an access-list to filter explorer packet and data
packet, ie permit data and deny explorer packet.
