This was the VERY link that started my confusion.

The diagram depicts
1) bad scenario - full mesh of 12 peers though a network

2) good scenario ( :) ) - partial mesh and bordering of 12 peers

The problem is - the 2) shows peering only between "spokes" and group
borders. It shows no peering between "spokes".

grrr
