If you have some extra 4MB flash lying around you can
use it with a 8MB flash, obviously its not a preferred config,
but it will yield you 12MB, so you could carry ios 11.3 enterprise
which includes NAT. Note that the router will report 16MB flash,
(as flash is typically matched pairs) so dont push the 12 MB limit...
(tested on 2500 series router..)
