We've stopped the broadcast...

BRI0: ip (s=131.10.130.2, d=131.10.100.1), 59 bytes, uninteresting (list

But we've lost the BGP TCP connection...

r2#sh ip bgp summ

just as I suspected. I can't think of anything that will work. I've tried
snapshot routing.
