 no , I think you would have to setup direct DLSW link between two peers if
you want to them to share resources and pass traffic. The Border peer in a
peer group will act as an agent(Hub) to pass explorer frame and responses
between it's spoke peers.

We have DLSW peer from R1 TokenRing to R2 TokenRing
Another DLSW peer from R2 TokenRing to R3 Ethernet.

Since DLSW is a bridge, I am assuming that R1 TokenRing will be able to
reach hosts on R3 Ethernet and visa versa through DLSW peers, without
having a peer-group.
