Sam,
There is a way to make the router do some behavior of the mobile ip
client. I believe the command is under the test component.
example# test mobile ?

BTW, If I make a router behave as mobile client do you think it
will work? Does cisco have mobile client capability in
IOS? Thanks,Sam

That's good question. I didn't know if I needed to setup anything
on my PC for mobile IP. I am using win2k on my laptop to test it.
CCO never said anything about setting up PC also. Does win2k
document have anything in there as a sample for PC setup? Thanks,
Sam

Sam,
What about the first part of my question? What is the mobile ip
client you are using....? Is this window98 or win2k. Are you sure
the mobile ip is setup correctly on your pc.

I setup exactly like CCO example. When I plugged in my laptop in
foreign agent segment, the debug shows "Rejected". I can't access
anything. Sam

Sam,
What part didn't work? The client ip stack or the router making
the tunnel.

Hi Group, Does anybody have a working config of "Mobile IP" (Not
Mobile ARP) . I went through the sample shown on CCO and couldn't
make it work. Just wanted to know how exactly it should be
configured. Thanks,Sam
