Can not ping multicast address in Frame-Relay?

 Hi all,
        I have configured one spoke as a multicast RP and the other spoke's
loopback0 as igmp join and the hub is map agent!
why I cannot ping multicast address from spoke r3 to spoke r2 in
Frame-Relay?
I always got o-list null in R3 and can not ping 224.6.6.6?
Does somebody know why?

          /

agaent) \
            \ R3--lo0 (send auto-RP use lo0 address)

R1 use physical interface connected to R2 and R3
R1 and R2, R3 are in the same subnet and R1 and R3, R2 use ip pim nbma-mode
R2(rp) can not ping R2 multicast address 224.6.6.6
