Jansen,
There is an multicast NBMA command that might help you if you put it on the
hub. I am not near my router, and I can not remember but use the help to
find it.

Subject: question about multicast pls.
Hi,all
I am trying to configure multicast spase-mode in Hub-spoke
Frame-relay environment,and got this problem:
I have tried to make a spoke as the RP,
but when i ping the igmp group which is joined on the Hub's ethernet
interface,I got
two replies from it,not as I expected.When i clear the mroute table,the
first ping
will just got one reply, but the continued pings got two replies. It is
observed that
when i ping from a spoke, there are two packets are send to the ethernet on
the Hub router, and i use all ios 11.2.15(enterprise)on bot routers.
There must be some doohickeys in it, who can tell me why?
Any other suggestions is grateful.
Thanks.
Best Regards
Jansen
